Shipping policy

At LY LUX, our primary goal is to provide exceptional support to our valued customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're committed to going above and beyond to enhance your experience.

Shipping Policy

We ship using DHL, USPS Priority Mail & UPS. A tracking email will be sent to you once your package is on the way!

Delivery

If we need additional information for credit verification, we will contact you. Delivery time does not include Sundays or Holidays. 

Return Policy 

Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. If you think that you've received a defective item or if you would like to do an exchange, please contact LY LUX at info@shoplylux.com within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please email us as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you! 

Please note the following: 

  • Items purchased online can be returned, new and with tags providing a refund a full refund if returned within 14 days after delivery
  • Anything purchased with a discount is considered final sale and is not eligible for return. 
  • Returned items must be unwashed and unworn. 
  • LY LUX does not issue refunds on shipping charges. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Refunds are accepted if we have sent you the wrong item or the item you received is damaged. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
